COMPARING TOKYO AND ROME

TOKYO, JAPAN    vs   ROME, ITALY

Between those countries there are a lot of differences. Let`s begin with the most important things that characterized to both countries.
Tokyo is one of the city that has the best technology in the world, although Rome has technology, its principal characteristic is the traditional culture; this modern and innovation city shows to the tourists a great view for the past. Also, Rome is considered one of the best places for western and civilization. So, Tokyo is more transited in a road than Rome. Both countries have traditional cultures, but Rome is more famous for its capital church. Tokyo is the only place where you can see a traditional “kabuki” show one minute, and Rome is the most important religious destination for Christians. Let´s not forget the food, Tokyo is a world capital for cuisine, it means that its food is more popular than Roma`s. However, in Roma you can find delicious food, cinema and opera, all are the central aspects in this country.

I think that Tokyo is more interesting for visit than Rome, but Tokyo is also more dangerous than Rome, because is the Japan`s capital and Japan has had a lot of tsunamis and hurricanes. But both have wonderful cultures, and Tokyo has as many diversity places as Roma.

This time I'm going to give you some tips for a healthy life...

1) Eat more fruits...


In a large number of scientific studies it has been concluded that there is an important relationship between high fruit consumption and a lower incidence of diseases.

A healthy habit for our organism is to start the morning with a fruit, either eating it in pieces or in natural juice. Fruits contain high amounts of water, antioxidant vitamins, minerals, enzymes and fiber, which allows us to better hydrate, purifying and revitalizing our body. Another transcendent advantage of fruits is that They have a low calorie content and lack cholesterol, in addition to favoring the regulation of the immune system. Its detoxifying properties are important, stimulating liver and kidney function.



2) Regular exercise...

Getting regular exercise is another wonderful way to keep your weight in check, manage overall stress level and stay connected with others. Exercise can stress hormones and increase endorphins, your body's "feel good", chemicals, giving your mood a natural boost. So, get active for an hour or more each a day (walk around your neighboorhood, use stairs, do cycling or some sport.)




3) Eat moderatly...

It is easy to eat more and more, but you need to put a limit.

It is possible to cultivate moderation and feel satisfied with enough food.

In conclusion, only eat when you are hungry and stop when you feel full.



4) Drink more water...

A glass of water after waking helps to activate the internal pragnos. A glass of Drink water 30 minutes before a meal helps digestion. Drinking water also helps the liver convert fat into energy.
