Dear Luisa,

Formally I confirm that the quota that you requested to belong to the Au Pair Experience program destined for the US was approved. I extend a congratulation on behalf of the agency and I welcome you!

The next step is to formalize the link to the program with the payment of the first fee, sign the contract with the agency and begin to gather the required documentation, but before we would like to clarify all the doubts they have regarding the program or the process.

I am attaching a contract model like the one you would sign with the agency to start all the procedures, this DOES NOT TAKE YOUR DATA OR DATES, it is simply a model, in case you agree and want to continue in the process, we will do a formal contract with your data. I also send you a list of the documentation requested to travel to the US, it would be convenient for you to read it and if you have questions, please let me know and contact you.

Thank you for contacting our agency and we hope you will join us soon.

Sincerely,

Mrs Francys Insinares.

COMPARING TOKYO AND ROME

TOKYO, JAPAN    vs   ROME, ITALY

Between those countries there are a lot of differences. Let`s begin with the most important things that characterized to both countries.
Tokyo is one of the city that has the best technology in the world, although Rome has technology, its principal characteristic is the traditional culture; this modern and innovation city shows to the tourists a great view for the past. Also, Rome is considered one of the best places for western and civilization. So, Tokyo is more transited in a road than Rome. Both countries have traditional cultures, but Rome is more famous for its capital church. Tokyo is the only place where you can see a traditional “kabuki” show one minute, and Rome is the most important religious destination for Christians. Let´s not forget the food, Tokyo is a world capital for cuisine, it means that its food is more popular than Roma`s. However, in Roma you can find delicious food, cinema and opera, all are the central aspects in this country.

I think that Tokyo is more interesting for visit than Rome, but Tokyo is also more dangerous than Rome, because is the Japan`s capital and Japan has had a lot of tsunamis and hurricanes. But both have wonderful cultures, and Tokyo has as many diversity places as Roma.

Some tips for a healthy life!

Hello everybody!

This time I'm going to give you some tips for a healthy life...

1) Eat more fruits...

In a large number of scientific studies it has been concluded that there is an important relationship between high fruit consumption and a lower incidence of diseases.

A healthy habit for our organism is to start the morning with a fruit, either eating it in pieces or in natural juice. Fruits contain high amounts of water, antioxidant vitamins, minerals, enzymes and fiber, which allows us to better hydrate, purifying and revitalizing our body. Another transcendent advantage of fruits is that They have a low calorie content and lack cholesterol, in addition to favoring the regulation of the immune system. Its detoxifying properties are important, stimulating liver and kidney function.

2) Regular exercise...

Getting regular exercise is another wonderful way to keep your weight in check, manage overall stress level and stay connected with others. Exercise can stress hormones and increase endorphins, your body's "feel good", chemicals, giving your mood a natural boost. So, get active for an hour or more each a day (walk around your neighboorhood, use stairs, do cycling or some sport.)

3) Eat moderatly...

It is easy to eat more and more, but you need to put a limit.

It is possible to cultivate moderation and feel satisfied with enough food.

In conclusion, only eat when you are hungry and stop when you feel full.

4) Drink more water...

A glass of water after waking helps to activate the internal pragnos. A glass of Drink water 30 minutes before a meal helps digestion. Drinking water also helps the liver convert fat into energy.

Tree of hope, stand firm - Frida Kahlo

This is my favorite painting of Frida Kahlo. She is a famous Mexican painter, She created this painting in 1946. And this is the definition:

Frida moves in her painting, between heaven and earth. Thus, in "Tree of hope, stand firm", she assumes, on the one hand, her feminine condition by placing herself in the space of the dark - daughter of the moon. And, furthermore, here it is conceived and manifested as "whole being," appropriates the male symbol / red rosette in the hair / headdress of eagle / which allowed the Indian to approach the solar nature / sun male god and Eagle.

In this same picture, appears a Frida, that under the masculine dominion (sun), is a broken being, lacerado, faceless ... without speech.
On the other hand, on the dark side, it has the ornaments that approach the gods - and the elements that approximate a people: the exodus "Tree of hope stand firm".
Frida painted this double self-portrait, after a frustrated operation in New York that would have recovered from the sequelae of poliomyelitis and the traffic accident she suffered at age 16, leaving her even worse than she was with terrible scars, and herself expressed "those surgeons, sons of bitches, look how they left me".

However, although in most of her paintings highlight the harshness of her sufferings this Mexican never left aside the optimism that investment in foot. And what a greater example of what I say than this beautiful work of art where it intermingles agony with hope.

And this is the message that can be perceived from the painting:

Tree "Stand firm!" Resist, it's your duty! Resist, regret it all, regret all inconsistencies, please stand up!
Surprise me every day ... Make me laugh, make me cry, make me dream, but wake me up when you think you're lost because you could not live without yourself, because after all ... you're the only thing I have "HOPE"
"Tree of hope, stand firm and LIVING LIFE"
